That is as true today as it was 2400-some years ago, when the historian Thucydides pointed it out.Having a pretty big measure of that money-power in an unfair world and being able to exercise it if I need to has become immensely important in my life, much more important than any box with wheels that gets me from Point A to Point B.

Thats a perfect exercise, and just what I needed.

A good exercise is to define your core values and then align your actions in life with those values.

Be advised that if this is a financed property then the bank could exercise a due on sale clause (calling the note)...While this usually is rare, consult with local experts whether the risk is worth it

, you should first do this exercise: ask yourself/spouse if you were to add a monthly payment to your bills right now - forget about what it's for - how much payment would make you uncomfortable? 

It is an annual back-straining exercise to remove and install these units every year.My thought is to go with a high velocity system with 2" diameter tubes for distribution.   

My plan is to exercise patience and buy when the time is right.

I will do the exercise and write out what a list of both then figure out what niches of REI fit for my strengths and which do not.
