I have narrowed down 3 areas:> Manor, Tx (Location is across HWY 290/130) > North Leander, Tx (Location around Larkspur Blvd or intersection 183&29, Specifically Orchard ridge(Lennar) and larkspur milestone communities along the border of Leander and liberty ) > Liberty Hill, Tx (In proximity of Bill burden Elementary or Liberty hill elementary school)I would like to get honest feedback and comparison about the 3 Areas in terms of the following:1.

I'd do some raised beds with a border around the fence with rock and plants.

Where the building inspector comes in and makes a sign of the cross.

A quick call might be ok asking which neighborhoods are good there rough borders and maybe for 1 decent sub like a used appliance guy. 

 Found a few properties close to the Ewing border and not far from Cadwalader heights park. looking to get info about the area and the rental market. how is the real estate market in Trenton?

The second floor hot water tank also needs replacing so I figured now would be a good time to get quotes and see what can be done (side note, I just had to pay a few hundred dollars to correctly separate the hot water as some plumbing was crossed). 

I think the ideal cross-over would be a lender who has no seasoning and would allow the property to title in his name.

I recently got an offer accepted on a Fix and Flip project in Tempe AZ, on the border of Scottsdale.
