This will cause further outflux of people fleeing deteriorating economic situations caused by governmental decisions made during the pandemic.

Some attrition is a result of disruptions from the pandemic and some are gone due to quality issues. 

It was easy to be stagnant during the pandemic.

I closed last month, during the midst of the pandemic, in the super-competitive bay area with a not-very competitive FHA loan.
