In this profession, a good Realtor with 4 transactions a year can make more than those salaried Realtors could which is why they have inherent challenges hiring good talent.

Challenge yourself to introduce yourself to 5-10 people and you might find the person who can help you/ encourage you to go for it!

@Alyssa ODell I agree with others, you have additional challenges when you are overseas, but many people overseas do use established turnkey teams to buy SFR in the US.
