@Cameron Lam first of all congratulations on your pace of acquisition and maximizing rents on the units.

Out pacing most other states thanks greatly to some large local companies..

But that is also the money that will go towards emergency repairs and such.The plan right now is to build to 20-25 doors as fast as possible, then switch gears and focus on paying off the doors with adding new doors slowed to a BRRRR pace. 

Gamer was putting the router through its paces with all the small/fragmented packets his gaming systems were throwing out {you would think by now the folks building these systems and the games themselves would have better behaved network implementations}.  

So how do you create instant rapport: PACE,PACE,PACE, LEAD.

Gabriel Ortiz I would agree with what Luis said about going at the pace that's right for you.

We just started doing these deals about a month ago and hopefully will allow us to really pick up the pace in growing to 100 units!

Still got to the 1000 / month number I was targeting, but a more manageable pace.   

The tortoise just keeps plugging away at a steady pace the whole time, and at the end of the day you're essentially crossing the finishing line at about the same time.

But this all leads me to think I just have to pick up the pace and do some more research, but not too much to the point where I'm just constantly sitting still.
