Hey everyone,We organized a real estate investor meetup a few weeks ago and it was a HUGE success!

I've been using Real Estate Elite to organize all my buyers/sellers, agents, etc, and properties. 

So, you might want to gravitate toward an organization in your state.

In the low cost neighborhoods like this you'll be hard pressed to find a well organized contractor doing enough advertising that their message gets all the way out to you.

I am looking for a good spreadsheet and/or calculator to organize this information .

I still work at organization but contract ends in June.

Get your financial information organized, dress up nice, and go in with an open mind and you'll be surprised what you could learn from a few meetings!

We have begun doing joint venture investments with other private real estate investment funds, allowing us to increase our maximum size loan from $3 million to $7 million, thereby significantly increasing deal flow.I’m sure much of this can be applied to the residential note space.

I will start looking into those organizations right away!
