And I think I've got a pretty decent knowledge now by not even spending 1/10 of the price.I dropped out of school recently due to personal reasons which overall gives me quite a lot of time to spend, and therefore a lot of time to "find myself", read or just whatever I want to do, that doesn't require money ;)I am not gonna want to spend the rest of my life watching tv-series.

NOTE: So that is what a strong rental market looks like.I spent 10 months on average of about 4 hours a day educating myself with everything I could get my hands on related to real estate, books, tv, news, online, driving around etc etc.I made a decision - I was going to do this..........

Our tenant has put furniture on the front porch, hooked up a TV (fire hazard) and nailed shutters up to act as baby gates.

I think it was all the "flipping" TV shows that started to change the meaning...

Emailed him that I changed my mind and I will blow it all on a fancy vacation and a big screen TV, to please reconsider my application :) I do not expect a reply.

I wasn't aware of the flipping shows - I don't have much time for TV these days. :)
