I am a go-getter and do not mind the extra work if I will profit from it but if it is not profitable or not legal, I will not do it.I know you CPAs do not like to give advice so call it counsel or wisdom from others who have done this or know about these type of tax laws.Help!

The numbers are fascinating as conventional wisdom would say that when sales are less, prices should be less.

I have my doubts as to the wisdom of this, those of us who lived through the credit crunch saw the danger of high LTV loans with respect to loans going underwater and the knock-on affects.

And even that I would not give unless absolutely necessary.This is not legal advice, just wisdom gained from years of deals.

I respect @Duncan Taylor for his wisdom on the number crunching.
