Selling a home is a pain!

Do I NEED to get a lead inspection done in order to rent to this family, or is a Lead Disclosure Form stating I have no knowledge of lead pain sufficient?

Moving averages naturally dampen sharp changes in prices causing them to appear as smoother, but sustained changes instead. 

also working on old MH is a total pain.. and never ending..

Tile is nice, but again what is a tile gets broken and the grout can be a pain.

Not for everyone, but sure makes the first step less painful.  

Having someone walk through and tell me that they wanted something completely different - ex. with an en suite - after they have seen all of the pictures and descriptions was enough of a pain before the elevated health concerns was bad enough (and for some reason I get a lot of that with this little 1970s house every time it's on the market). 

Maintenance is typically landlord's biggest pain point which is why we have really try to provide our users with comfort knowing we can help with any maintenance issues that come up.In general, I think any technology solutions in real estate will help you grow your business.
