Ive read the UBG several times, the guide to screening tenets, bought and read a copy of Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and pretty much anything else I can get my hands on.My plan is to follow a buy and hold strategy, and possibly throw a flip or two into the mix.

I have thought of using HELOC also, but bought the house as a flip before I found BP and would like to sell and get the equity out because I put all the money I had saved into the project before I knew better and the house is in a small town with poor rental market.

I had always been an entrepreneur and as soon as I read Rich Dad Poor Dad I vowed to learn every aspect of real estate I could.Since then I've taken major action not all to my prevail but I have been making headway in RE investing.
