Don't let the bigger numbers and higher sophistication of the players scare you.

In your experience have you ever had a realtor give you a short end of the stick maybe by not being truthful about the property stats just to sell ect or normally are realtors straight forward bc they create win win situations of them selling making a commission and you buying making an investment ect? 

I'd like to create win-win-win solutions.

Personally, I have a fine tuned BS meter, reading and following posts on BP long enough will show who the real players are and who the pretenders are.

Jon,If you see the market in the Bay is at peak or close to it, wouldn't it be wise to sell your properties here, take your winnings and invest them in markets where you get both cash-flow and appreciation?  

Are they paid off from the balance of the winning bid at auction?

If he was in it to win it from tentative map granting he would have done those plans concurrently with the final map process. 

Now, Lex will absolutely promote his services and ask for partners simply because it is a win/win.

You really can't win - I advise just keeping it as neutral as possible.
