I see a lot of posts about this topic, but not many with answers or a lot of information. I am thinking about starting with a smaller piece of property 200ft wide by 295 long. I can fit 28-30000 sqft of building on it...

We stayed in Ohio City recently and it was cool...lots of transition and a very hip feel...the Cleveland architecture is awesome, and the indoor market is as good as any...and in the summer, you can't beat the lake.

I am seeing trends with younger generations being more minimalist and embracing more of a subscription life style. 

I am blessed that I have a great W-2 job that makes more then I need to cover my life style.

Neither is right or wrong, but just different, and the communication style has to fit the people involved.

CA is mostly a 'permissive' zoning regulation and states what you can do in a zone, vs being a restrictive style of regulation which would say what you can't do in a zone. e.g. you want to find zones where storage is allowed.
