So much for getting to bed early!

I am rehabbing a bungalow that's around 1200 sq ft. that is currently 2 bed and 2 baths.

I would assume 3 beds/2 baths but just want to check.  

I currently have 1 investment property a 1 bed condo cash flowing $250 a month.

Bed bugs are a pain.

Same "type" 3 bed 2 bath etc. same sq. ft. ( as close as possible). 

This is the information I've researched & come up with so far:The city has assessed the home (btw it's a 2 bed 1 bath duplex) for $116Zillow assesses it for $135There's an identical duplex (needed no repairs) two houses down that sold for 83k in '98 & 80.5k in '12.

The property "presents a risk of personal injury or death".  

Rentometer says 2 beds in the area go for $840/month.  

Anyway, I purchased this property, a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1350 sqft condo for $115k.
