Moreover, Coronavirus has successfully killed my shot at non-traditional loans. 

The only things which have changed are the Coronavirus and President Trump deliberately slowing down the Post Office to help his re-election campaign.  

These people were already living paycheck to paycheck before the pandemic.

Since the pandemic hit in late March, many are not sure how they feel about staying at hotels or short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor Rentals.

There were also a lot of investor I worked with during the pandemic that were buying properties for short term rentals and renting them out to traveling nurses for insane amounts of rent.  

If it were not for the pandemic, I did not see 10% growth for Las Vegas this year.

The government should have done this as an interest bearing loan, where once the so-called pandemic is over, the loan must be paid back via wage garnishment and seizure of state and federal tax refunds. 

Currently, my sister is my tenant and underpaying the market value but it was in good conscious to help a family member during the covid pandemic and I can trust her to take care of the place.

Decrease in rent prices in the Bay Area encouraging people to stay and causing slower growth in surrounding areas.I think this pandemic has changed alot of people's mind and will be changing mindsets where more and more people would want to own there own home because of the way future jobs will work and people want to get away from daily hustle bustle of congested areas. 

Probably a decent spot assuming the pandemic doesn't slap us in the face again :)good luck.
