@Loren ThomasI recently found a recently installed 'in the wall' electric heater with blower rated @ 1500 watts pulling 12.4 amps. 

I love this city and think it has tons of opportunity because it's the only city in the Rust Belt that is growing in population today.

I have yet to jump into a (even minor) rehab project, but I know that after a few more properties under my belt, I'll be talking to contractors to expand my knowledge.Feel free to reach out, I'd be more than happy to discuss!

This is not a hard process at all.If you are new to GUC, you will need someone to partner up with you until you get 3-5 under your belt. 

But it was a flip so we wanted to make sure it had a warranty & that required a lic HVAC guy.A year later in the middle of winter both the blower & inducer motor fail but lic HVAC guy was too busy so earliest was 3 days.
