Btw, it only insures the owner (or lender if a lender's policy) against loss, not assurance of profit, and only for the period of time from the last prior insured transaction to the current one.And title companies make plenty of mistakes, especially during times of peak real estate activity. 2006-2007 seem to have provided lots of errors and oversights.

The most important thing is to be able to turn your inventory quickly, you cannot be assured of turning deals quickly just because you think you got a deal, if it isn't marketable you're stuck with it.

Such a clause is a sort of 'wild card' clause which addresses real property and certain other asset classes that were inadvertintly omitted or not identified in the Will and therefore missed during probate.Whiles there's no assurance that this clause is application in your state nor included in the Final Order, it is a place to start.So, I would pull a certified copy if the Order and review.
