Could additional provision added to a Texas standard lease overwrite Texas Property Code 92?

You have 60 days to move into the property, then must occupy it for an additional 12 months after you move in before you can move out.

I am trying to get ahold of the insurance company to get more details on this but if the insurance companies are going this far I can see about 60% of Central Florida homes not selling due to $15K to $30K worth of additional wiring just to sell.

Any additional information just to help with the decision making process would be appreciated.
