Longer term goal is to accumulate 200 doors and allow my wife and I to leave our day jobs to be with our daughters. 

Do you get why as this process accumulates you will have primarily a renter nation?

I did 2 years at the University of Illinois and it wasn't what I wanted and I was accumulating debt so I left.

It involves extensive training in all areas of accounting, including taxes, passing complex exams, accumulating some experience working under another CPA's supervision, continuing education requirements and code of professional conduct.

@Jeff Patton, You've started to get enough assets accumulated that you need to assemble and use a professional legal and accounting team.  

You at least need to know how much you owe so you can accumulate that much in your savings account.

There's also 2 feet of mold a few inches high showing signs of previous water accumulation on the floor.

I am aware that interest accumulates on the dues after the 9 months grace period expires after the death.Thanks for the suggestion of the Recorder of Deeds for the paperwork, somehow even the rep at the Register of Wills failed to mention them. - What they did tell me though is that I need to open an Estate for which I need the SSN (and so does all the paperwork I have seen), which I don't have.

If a full year has passed since  the purchase, try to refinance, get the accumulated equity out to use as an FHA down payment on the next duplex (you can have only one FHA loan at a time).
