You might call insurance companies who would need temporary housing for clients whose homes have been damaged.

From what I understand PCB's Shores of Panama's HOA/CAM LET THE FREAKING INSURANCE LAPSE, then we had Hurricane Michael, and they were caught with their pants down. 

To get all such ideas like landscapers north shore for which I personally didn't try it, but assuming all will be good as seen at my friend's home garden.

LLC (holding company / Parent company)Children:-other temporary LLCs for assignment contracts to transfer ownership to the final buyer (this can be under holding or not at all, probably separate)-dba for the wholesaling brand and marketing, expenses, etc-permanent llc for the rental management side, expenses, etc.

Those homes are all multi million dollar homes, and likely tens of thousands of dollars a year in shore front property taxes.

Concrete work is very expensive; replacing beams and shoring rotted/termite damaged structure is time consuming and expensive; anything could have been discovered during demo...wiring, plumbing issues, which to properly correct (from a contractor point of view) might require a great deal of work to ensure the contractor has no liability for incomplete or shoddy work.

That said you could try the HR department at the local hospital to see if they use temporary workers. 

On our own court we are already feeling the effects of this "temporary" downturn.

@Rick Pozos  this private lender BS is a stain on the industry. these guys sit off shore and just scam away.. its upsetting.

I took a run at a 250 unit apartment in Gulf shores that got hit by Katrina  EVERY apartment had water in it 6 feet up the walls .. the whole property was abandoned... someone lost a boat load on that one.
