Bill Bronchick's "Wealth Protection Secrets of a Millionaire Real Estate Investor" is a pretty good intro to this topic.

Now, the VA loan guarantee is the best kept secret available to Veterans and AD servicemembers.

They constantly upset the consumer with the promise that they will learn "secrets" to RE investing.  

They exist to protect trade secrets, I highly doubt you could get away with preventing them from buying and selling houses in a specific region.

Plus, it would be awkward if an unknowing spouse got a divorce-oriented flyer in the mail based on his spouse's till-then-secret consultation w/ a divorce attorney.

Last year when Amazon built a 1 million square foot center here home prices went up a lot.I am hoping this corrects the recent downturn, this means there will be quite a few management people from that center looking for nice homes in the area to buy.There has also been talks of another 1.5 million square foot facility being built soon but they always keep the identity of the place secret until they are ready to break ground.
