But at this point we'd probably be looking at purchasing a place and listing it without ever seeing the place in person (pre-covid we had planned to make one trip out after purchase to get the place set up).Are there any PM companies that would potentially handle stuff like furniture deliveries/setup, keeping the place stocked, etc but would take a smaller cut if we handle the front end bookings and whatnot?

Last purchase (which is going to end up being our house) was through a former neighbor who lives across the street and the owner passed, and the grown daughter was cleaning it out on the weekends. Not a direct route, but a friend of mine owns a vintage furniture store.

Why do banks remove appliances from REOs

Took out all of the carpet, restored all of the old hardwood floors underneath, bought nice leather furnishings and blended them with functional antiques, placed a beautiful antique persian rug in the living room, replaced all lighting with early 1900s look.

How do I know which paperwork to use for mid-term, furnished, rent by the room?
1 September 2023 | 7 replies
For irregular items or situations such as if you are renting a room instead of the whole property, or you are including furniture or you have special restrictions, just make sure your lease has an open text box (or you add one) so that you can type in exactly what those special situations are; EX: Tenant has access to and rents from Landlord Rm #: XX ONLY; common area may be used by Tenant but per Landlord's sole discretion. --- Alternatively, you may also include an attachment/amendment rider to the lease for these items.
