Thinking of starting with mobile homes to rehab because you can pick them up for a lot less than stick built in my area and there are a lot of first time buyers who can't afford more than $80-90k.

I'm new to REI although I've bought and sold properties in Pittsburgh, Mobile and the suburbs of Philadelphia as I've changed jobs.

I'm not exactly sure which direction I am going to go with all the mobile computing options.

Here is what I would like to do and i'm wondering if someone can provide their educated opinion on if this is correct from a tax perspective-I'd like to start an investment fund with the goal of raising $1M in capital to invest in mobile home parks.
