I got two different lists that were mostly the same (Richmond, Hampton, etc), but both included Chase City and Green Bay as two of the best 5 or so rental markets in the state.

A Tax Section (with a separate folder for each year)Colored folders may be helpful (or just be how you want to do it) Red for A/P, Green for A/R or just all Blue because it's your favorite color.If you want to be quick about it, just take a sharpie and write the title on the folder, of if you are more focused on orderliness, print labels and stick them on.
