For other first timers - especially if you're more introverted, I recommend making "The Golden Phone Call" - a call to a close family member or friend to chat with in order to get you in a talkative mood just before going into your event.

I had a few in my office I had to let them go... they come in drink all your coffee and just chit chat the whole time  LOL>>>

I've spoken to guys that are getting it done by calling the "We buy houses" ads that are on Kijiji and just having a chat.

And the one that says your partner must approve... etc etc.Attorneys can guide you but sometimes they are not up to speed on all the rules and laws. you really want to go have a chat with the department of RE in your state.. that's the definitive voice of if the way you are structuring your transaction currently is indeed selling without a license..
