but you should always do a quick title preview to know what is on a home you might purchase at any tax sale or foreclosure sale.  

Now I always am quick to put blinds up or cover the windows if a property is vacant so people can't look in the windows. 

We became house hackers and tuned the 100k into well over a $1million in a few quick years.   

However what if instead the probate lawyer tells the family that if they want to sell the house he knows someone that can buy it quickly so the family can properly grieve instead of worrying about this big long drawn out process to sell the house.
