Perhaps the county tax office....When I purchase at sheriff sale in my county, there is always a "poll" prepared by a title search company that lists the outstanding liens against the property and payments to be made toward those.

They are seemingly unaware of their target market and what information an investor needs to properly qualify a property, like rent roll, p&l, who pays what utilities, any outstanding maintenance issues, etc.
