If I use the DBA on business cards, tshirts, and on social media, does this in any way diminish the asset protection of the LLC?  

I’ll try and put a renter in it although it’s barely livable, plus mom is on a fixed income of only social security.

My rental property I purchased in august last year, it’s my first one, it came with this low income tenant that was getting social services and a housing agency to pay his rent.The rental is a 4 unit but he is the only one living in it since I’ve owned it because it needs renovations.

If he is all over YouTube and social media with hundreds of videos, that should be all you need to know that he isn't actually investing in real estate but is instead investing in the sales of get-rich-quick schemes.

I think after the socially distancing stuff comes to an end I will do both in-person and virtual meetups, though all things considered I think virtual is the way to go now.

I noticed this map (below) being circulated on social media over the past couple weeks by several individuals.

I work a w-2 job as a social worker and haven't had much time to look for deals recently.

Also, don't underestimate the power of social media.
