@Riley GeimanFor LL that usually do a 1 years lease, but the tenant wants/requests to do a MtM, then the LL usually charges a premium to do that... the tenants pays for that luxury/flexibility to alter the LL standard planI dont charge more since that's my standard plan from day 1.

Access to utilities are sometimes issues as well for a "lodge" type situation.

There are many entry level home builders that build at a lower price/SF and there are many luxury custom builders, and a bunch in between.  

The top luxury segment is A+.

Also, there is zero affordable rentals being built, the very minor amount of new construction happening is all Class A luxury rentals, even still its a rather meniscal amount of units per year.

What other markets might consider luxury finishes are standard here.

You could go section 8 or you could go ultra luxury.
