@Riley GeimanFor LL that usually do a 1 years lease, but the tenant wants/requests to do a MtM, then the LL usually charges a premium to do that... the tenants pays for that luxury/flexibility to alter the LL standard planI dont charge more since that's my standard plan from day 1.
