I've just been renting it out to long term tenants, but I'm wondering if I can legally do short term rentals (AirBnb) even if it isn't owner-occupied since it's zoned for commercial use?

The roof, I’m not sure if it’s bad, but will payout of my own pocket for an independent inspection But the standard Minnesota c4d gives the seller soooooo..... many ways for the owner to “screw me” out of repairs and legal fees paid to him for repairs.

I don't care who the wholesaler is - if the deal has opportunity, the paper is clean, and the transaction is legal, then it might be a good deal for some of us - but not for all.
