Be grateful the local PD is prioritizing active crime.

Well I'm old now :(  turned 30 today, As I look back over the past 5 years I am grateful for the success that has happened in my life  and wanted to share a word of encouragement for those who are just getting started.I started by house hacking a duplex while only making 35k per year from my day Job.  5 years later we have now done over 10 deals and have 500k+ in net worth and great cash flow from our properties! 

Networking is essential and I am extremely grateful to have found BPMy first step will probably be to house hack a multifamily property (but open to other ideas), then BRRRR to aggressive passive income goals, however not closed off to other opportunities.

Once you're on the same page on relationship, I'd dare bet that while she might not browse Zillow listings for fun, at the very least she'll be supporting you on the journey and not giving you "the look" every time the tenant in your house hack does something that grates on her nerves! 

I was given my head start as a result of choices made by those in my family that came before me and I am forever grateful for it.  

I can say that I’ve had a few tenants fall in tough times and miss a payment but when I offer them a chance to pay 1/4-1/5 of what they owe on top of the upcoming the month’s rent, they are always grateful and get it done.
