It will make the job run much soother and faster and will get you out of the way of yourself.

It will rent faster and possibly for more, so less carry time and more income, well worth it.

Much faster than rents and return on MF.

A good tenant is worth their weight in gold.

I'm hoping to get there faster by putting more towards the principle every chance I get.

However, if I continue to keep putting my day to day expenses on my credit card while only paying the minimum payments, I'll be able to save for the down payment faster, albeit while stacking up some credit card debt in the meantime.Is this a sound strategy?
