I love the content on this site and the podcasts are amazing and insightful.

They say on their site that they are run by investors and that they will help with renovations that will increase the rent income for the property.

You might want to check out the free neighborhood-based social networking site Nextdoor.com. 

You can see sold prices on zillow, and the sold homes section of realtor.com, and probably on other sites.

Once you join a group or two, you will start getting a ton of suggestions from Meetup site.

Visit the site often and call them when they are not on the site.

In most states it is public record and can be accessed on the tax site.
