We have pictures of the blinds at move in that show some were below the window spec and left an inch or two gap on each side of the window not to mention being short 6" - 12" depending on the window.

I drive a 2000 Toyota Tundra that has never given me any trouble.I would avoid hybrids, especially in the price range you're thinking of, as there is a very strong chance you'll be replacing batteries soon and that's VERY expensive.

Hi, in my experience it could be as soon as 3 weeks (which is rare) or as long as a year nor even longer depending on the spec situation.. it is real work to make it happen,it's really not for everyone

Every contractor has their own style so I hate to guess how he does things.Maybe I misunderstood your original question but I took it to mean you were looking for something like specs so that every contractor is bidding the exact same scope of work.
