Although oil is still a big player in OKC, there have been substantial increases in other industries like aviation, health care, tech startups, and entertainment that I think will help balance out the power. 

Has BP aided you in obtaining any deals?  

My tuition is covered by finical aid and it's a local college so no dorm or meal plan needed, and it's just my mother who is not financially well off, hence the financial aid, so no that's not really a option.

.- If you renovate with quality materials you are going to save yourself lots of money in the long run by not having to make band-aid repairs.

Are there any other things that would aid in building trust when dealing with a Real Estate Investor?

I live in n.j. my question is if his name is also on the property will it affect his financial aid in the future.

I am from New Jersey and will need a connection with a recommended realtor and property manager to aid me in being successful.  

I guess ideally I would like a country that offers long term foreign residents healthcare into their system also.I heard of a woman who bought a stone house surrounded by lots of land in Estonia for about 17K and it went up to over 30K within 2 years.The reason I need solitude is for personal reasons, and because I will work remotely, great internet access is essential.Thanks,Karolyn
