Harry, I've noticed that over time, once you've worked out the initial bugs in the the homes, and have good, trained tenants, that there are fewer things that always need attention.

@Diane Stinebaugh I have seen the street addresses specifically as the LLC's but personally I like referencing something cheeky...mostly for me its Harry Potter locations and references...or I've heard of chess moves being used, or their is even a company I know of locally that is call "two labs" because the owner has two Labradors and thats what he liked.

We do a lot of work in McHenry, Kane, Cook, Lake and Dupage.

More to it than that with taxes and such, but it's not like RE is always a better investment.I'm a Harry Dent fan and he's predicting a pretty major contraction as the boomers retire.
