As long as you express the key details of tenant information, lease dates, along with any standard information to vacate, and clear language of "non-renewal".

So in less than 20 years you have to give the building back to the government?

We still see 1% deals here that bring positive cash flow and have potential for appreciation. 

Conventional Financing How did you add value to the deal?

They do know and want something in place you will have to go back to them to fix, or they're doing their best to go with the client's unrealistic wishes and don't have the guts to tell them that won't work.After dealing with plenty of these, I will tell you what I see works best.
