Can it be as simple as:3 Small Ceiling Fans1 Large Ceiling Fan1 Stainless Steel Dishwasher1 Stainless Steel Electric Oven1 Toilet1 Kitchen Sink with Hardware1 Garbage Disposaletc...Do I need to be more exact with each item's size, colors, and brand?

BRAND new roof on since Harvey .My family lives a few doors downon the street and I have spent much of my 27 years in the area. last rents were 1550. and is in vickers school district. a couple updates have been made. very sought after neighborhood. by academy and walmart and lowes!

What the Investor WANTS to do: New cabinets, new counters, tile floors throughout, new fans and fixtures, new appliances, fresh paint in gray, new landscaping.What we are GOING to do immediately:  In order to maximize what HAS been done, we are going to leave the carpet for the first Tenant (it's brand new and looks great).

Any particular brand of primer recommended? 

Ive found from one app, one guy is selling brand new in box 2015 electric water heater for $250 each. so if i buy it i only have 3 years left on the warranty.

Prior issue with hopefully no issues moving forward, ment brand new flooring down stairs, and all new kitchen cabinets.

Admittedly, being brand new to real estate I am still all over the place and have questions I am sure I will be laughing at a year from now.

All 4 appliances are high end and brand new. 

They will look almost brand new.
