I'm not quickly finding much on G0Ogle nor BP that helps me with this decision, nor next step. 

Secondly, check to see how quickly they update status changes (active to sold,  NOD to Recession, Auction date or postponement). 

Liverpool is an area I’ve focused on which seems to be growing in demand quickly.

I would like to know how you under budgeted (e.g. did you bypass any walkthroughs with GC and instead did a quick dirty analysis?)
