Mostly postcards, but certain people/lists get higher cost pieces; letters, invitation & oversized envelopes, priority mail envelopes, bank deposit bags, etc.

That I think is not easy to find these days quality materials, therefore, in my case whenever I want to buy resistant hangers only I find the classic plastic hangers with little lifetime

I've sent hundreds of thousands of letters, post cards, bank money bags, bulky mail, etc. in every color and size.

Take the payments you are not making on a car because you are driving an old reliable beater, the fill-fees you are not paying because you self-manage, the going out to lunch costs your are not paying because you brown bag, the side hustle of buying stuff at garage sales for 10% and selling at 50 - and punch your highest cost/risk/hassle mortgage in the face once a month.  

Where most have swallowed a bag of horsefeathers is that now, we have a system of doing something with little money, no credit, no borrowing required, and very little knowledge of real estate.

Example: If an Army medic were to tell you he used a plastic bag to treat a soldier on the battlefield for a sucking chest wound, did you actually learn how to treat such a wound or simply that a plastic bag might be used?   

A good broker will have an answer for you, but brokers are a mixed bag and not many encounter this situation.

It can get a bit dicey though, they've ended up holding the bag longer than anticipated on some pretty crappy houses, just barely making any profit.The tough part is genuinely getting it cheap enough to find a cash buyer.

To do that, we need to refuse all the meaningless plastic and tin destined for landfills.
