@Chris Szepessy and law enforcement was contacted and I went to the station my self to file charges but since it’s an open investigation I couldn’t do anything.

So, if I have 14 months at my next duty station before I ETS, my plan to purchase a multi family is unlikely? 

Also, recently build hot spots like Urban Station and the park on Morton seem to have available units. 

A gas station on a NNN lease, a single family home as a long term rental, a short term rental, and an apartment building all need to be looked at and thought about differently. 

We ended up buying a larger mf apartment complex in college station tx.

It's very close to the Hollywood/Sunset metro station and the hospitals.

Additionally the Union West Station which is on track to open in 2025 will be a massive transportation hub in Raleigh, and not only transportation is included in this project.

I have a similar issue with one of my properties on the East side; it has two issues: 1) It's near a road crossing so the train has to blow the horn, 2) it's near a crew station, which means the trains idle there randomly while waiting for a new crew or to go into the yard.I attempt to mitigate this by calling it out in the listing and then again when I talk to the guest.
