The seller says its due to the fact that the tenant helps her with rides to all of her doctor's appt, shopping, etc, and she doesn't have the heart nor the funds to evict her, her son, her daughter, her daughter's husband, and their 4 dogs (2 chihuahuas and 2 large breeds).I knew all this before we even began negotiating, but since the seller and tenant were with me at the kitchen table, I didn't want to upset anyone before the contract was signed by bringing this up.

Thankfully it's not in an area where the oil market is going to cause troubles selling it, it's in the area of the medical center so the complex and a lot of the neighboring complexes have many medical students, doctors, nurses, etc. rather than people in the O&G industry who are less apt to be looking to buy at the moment.

  ;)  If a person is not going to college specifically to obtain a professional degree (lawyer, doctor, engineer), it can definitely be a colossal waste of money.

Thatnks so much everyone this most definatly helped me @James Wise i think i will most deffinatly be doing thisI am getting medically seperated from the military i am in a position after that were me and my sweethear will be able to live on her income and if i bust my *** and work the way i did in the military with the disability im getting i could save 100k a year that is why i was asking i want to go all out with this i am just not to confident on my finding deals ability yet as i dont know how to market  i know absolutly no one in real estate i actually get a negative title from a lot of my family calling me foolish behind my back.
