Any insights on economic development, population movement and jobs diversity for Mobile, AL will be much appreciated.I have already used city-data for these markets, but the information is dated.

I’m investing in other markets but have been looking at Indianapolis for a few months.  

In our experience (Keyrenter has the lowest eviction rate in the industry, at .03% nationwide!)

This is not much different than any investor who retires using real estate except that markets and life are not that linear.

Sure, the rates might be a bit higher, but for investors who need to move fast—especially in this market—the flexibility is worth it.Another trend we’ve seen is a shift in focus from appreciation to cash flow.

There are opportunities around but in a market like we are in now you need to make sure all the numbers work.  

Poor condition or bad location and therefore not marketable to quality and respectful tenants? 

I'm in a very small market where the average house price is only about $140K.
