The problem I see the most when interviewing Realtors are the old school traditional agents who are stuck in their process that doesn't really work and they are unwilling to change to a way that does work and would make them way more in commissions.

Hi all,I'm new to these forums and heard of it through Jaime Tardy's interview with Josh Dorkin.

there are different ways to "interview" the landlord.. you can ask if they had washer and drier and match it with what they said. you can also ask how long they have been there, or just things that friends and "companies" wont know. there are tons of "trip" questions.

We put together our board application, had our coop board interview and got approval (which in itself is a rollercoaster ride as those of you who have gone through it would know).
