If you were to create two identical houses and placed one on a 5k square foot lot on the side of a hill and the other on a flat, 10k square foot corner lot, do you really expect them to sell for the same price?

By your standards of accountability, no financial institution could ever commit fraud.

REFI packages are huge and doing it at a bank is problematical as they are not familiar with all the things that need to be signed.. plus lenders Many TIMES REQUIRE IT>  they want to eliminate the risk of fraud.

Arizona, like TX, has a Statute of Frauds that requires all real estate contracts be in writing to be enforceable.     

Now you just got your identity stolen.Talk with local people or companies that you know are national and come recommended by others.

In general, though, my deals are coming from my own marketing, from a couple of good wholesalers who stand out among the frauds and wannabes, and from trustee auctions.
