Along my journey to understand how to acquire my first property, I have encountered people that swear it’s possible to use other people’s money (for down payment, closing cost, rehabs etc) but on the other hand I have investors of 20,30,40+ years who think I am absolutely nuts for even thinking it’s real & make it very clear that I am an idiot for ever believing such a thing and will 100% need to come up with my own funds.

So this is a tricky thing.Accountant's / CPA / Professionals who get paid based on their knowledge and time normally do provide a 'free consulting' call to have a chat with them.However, please be mindful that the 'free consulting' most firms offer is very high level and moreso to see if you both would be a good fit for eachother.Sometimes, these calls are done by the owner(if its a smaller firm) or business development professionals if the firm is larger.1800-Accountants is a large firm so you are likely first vetted by a non accountant whose main job is to get the sale.Best of luck.

The listing agreement must include the following:* The agreement's valid date (must be signed within the past 30 days)* Brokerage and agent representing the owner* Signature from both parties entering the agreement* Full property address (including the unit number, if applicable)* Terms stating that you have exclusive permission from the owner to rent/lease the property"The problem is I am not a realtor or broker.
