Spending a bunch of money doesn't make you successful, implementation and taking action makes you successful. 

If the property is held in the name of decedent, you'd need a RM balance leaving sufficient equity to cover the costs of the title fix.....which assumes there are known heirs whom can act as admin/exec in a probate action.  

@Anthony Newbold  the reason he is not in jail is because we no longer have debtors prison... our debtors prison is now credit card debt and other consumer debt that people voluntarily get into .

I will definitely be putting your words into action. 

We would not want to risk losing good tenants and upsetting good neighbors because of the actions of unsupervised children and parents who do not take responsibility.If I were in your situation, I would verify the report.

As part of a settlement, no fee can be charged for a service not rendered.Maybe a class action suit is in order. 

I think the question then becomes; Are they predicting future actions of the U.S.
