I'd recommend having them help out with the contract portions, if anything to help with liability concerns.

But really the only info out there on them is marketing material (I'm talking to you Brett!).

But, the timing was harder on the next one where I was out of state and negotiating my employment contract with the company that acquired the startup I'd worked at for over 5 years.

I thought the App was out of service and not being updated but clearly something has changed.

They will shop the available options for you and present you the best options while pointing out where the policies differ from each other.

Hi all,I've met and spoken with a few great prof's in the Columbus area, and since then, have made 2 offers on home (both didn't work out).I'm going out to visit in December to meet with and talk to a few people; including sellers directly.My question is for those of you who have experience and a few properties + in the mid-term / corporate rental realm.How have your vacancy rates changed over the last year to 2 years? 

@Brenda Pursleyhi. welcome. happy to help.there isn't any cash flow right now in long term rentals due to interest rates being where they are. 

I've heard of floor and decor, but haven't had the chance to check them out.
