None the less having access to the MLS would be amazing. 

I have access to private money but prior to tapping it I want to fully understand how to go about this in a way that is respectful to my friends,  simple and organized.1)  The house I'm looking at is $560,000 ;   With my credit score being a mess, should I just borrow the 20% down payment ($112,000) ?

They use heavy duty, high speed special printers that cost anywhere between $15,000~$30,000 depending on the model (which I've considered buying), not to mention the type of font they use, as well as how the ink prints on the paper they use, also being different than the ones retail buyers have access to. 

Pac Heights the homes are 10 to 25 million.. its quite the case not sure where it ended up. but he was threatening to block the right of way unless they paid him a big preminum

I visited the up-and-coming area by the beach (aka the 4-5 blocks) one night and loved it, and some properties west of the track are sufficiently close to the beach in my opinion.

One you do it yourself and for weekday checkouts you block off a day to allow you to clean after work.

I drive a lot for work and figure just to be able to get into key lock boxes (after checking with listing agent of course) it would be nice along with the access to mls.
