Every day I wake up between 4:30 and 5:30 and spend 10 minutes in guided meditation, 10 minutes reading and saying my personal affirmations, 10 minutes of visualizing the biggest things I want in life, 10 minutes of reading (plus and hour of audio books while I drive in), 10 minutes writing, 20 minutes exercising (most days anyway), and finally 15 minutes looking at my yearly goals and aligning my monthly goals to meet that, then aligning my weekly goals to achieve my monthlies, then setting the day's goals to achieve the weekly goals.i do this for 4 key areas: Spiritual - what am i doing to make myself a better person?

It's a bit more of a headache then renting to groups, but there is less of a chance of big parties, and you are offering a product that few have -- single rooms that cost less than a studio (however I bet your total rent is more than if you rented it out to a group).Check your state's protected classes.

People like documentaries & reality TV 📺 over an overproduced program.4) tons of valuable content is better than waiting till you have high quality production (expensive camera, mic, studio, etc...)5) work hard because it’s not easy &, in my experience, all success is result of hard work 6) be willing to sacrifice because ultimately, the end goal, is worth it 7) don’t look for shortcuts think long term & enjoy the thrill of the chase 8) structure your mind/business to go the distance and win by being the last person standing I, sincerely, hope this was helpful-Dino

That's why it's common to see a higher demand for studios and one bedrooms because the cost to rent is drastically less than buying a home.
