The first really good tenant applicant goes to the big dogs first, it's human nature to take care of your best customers first.Depends on how you set things up too, a friend might drive by once in awhile, might get a nosey neighbor on your side (can be handy to a point, can also be a real pain).Getting attention of some PMs when you only have one unit, in reality, can be tough.
